නාමපදයක් ව්‍යාකර්ණානුකූලව විග්‍රහ කරන්නට (නම්), එම අදාළ නාමපදය කුමන වර්ගයට අයත් දැයි (නැවත 06. වන පාඩම බලන්න) අපි පළමුව කිව යුතුයි. දෙවනුව, එම අදාළ නාමපදයේ ලිංගය (නැවත 12. වන පාඩම බලන්න) දැක්විය යුතුයි. ඉන්පසු, එහි ඒකවචන බහුවචන භේදය (නැවත 15. වන පාඩම බලන්න) දැක්විය යුතුයි. අවසාන වශයෙන්, අපි එහි විභක්තිය (නැවත 20., 21., 22., 23. වන පාඩම් බලන්න) නම් කළ යුතුයි.

Waterloo — Proper noun, neuter gender, singular number, objective case, governed by the preposition ‘at’.
